About Us

Sulphurus Entertainment, created in late 2025 by Ethan Joly, is a Florida-based American private art studio and library. The website is dedicated to The Seven Circles, a valiant retelling of the story of Lucifer and the rebel angels and how the ancient world impacts us today. 


The site gets its name from Sulphurus, a character featured in T7C.

The name "Sulphurus" is pronounced sulf-yo͝o-ro͝ose. It is a portmanteau of 'sulfur' and 'furori', the Latin word for 'madness'. The usage of "ph" instead of "f" is due to the evolution of Late Latin within the Roman Empire.

Sulphurus Entertainment prioritizes the art of storytelling in its many forms.

The Seven Circles is a serial webcomic created by Ethan Joly in 2026. As of now, at least four volumes have been confirmed to be in production.
